Which video conferencing platforms are SMBs most likely to use?

According to recent research from Laurie McCabe, Co-Founder and Partner at SMB Group, small and medium organizations are most likely to use are

  1. Citrix GoToMeeting
  2. Microsoft Skype for Business
  3. Cisco WebEx Meeting Center
  4. Google Hangouts

Video conferencing, of course, tends to be used for meeting-oriented communications (versus webinar platforms such as GoToWebinar or Webex Event Center). What I find encouraging is that organizations with enterprise-class solutions top the list given that there a plethora of free/cheap solutions on the market.
