Challenge

Microsoft's Commercial Licensing group was tasked with delivering a complex, content-heavy training initiative to partners across the globe. But executing a high-volume virtual program at this scale, without overburdening internal teams, was no small feat.   • Professional Event Staffing and Support: 
    Every session had an experienced Event Producer behind the scenes, handling technical rehearsals, presenter onboarding, real-time troubleshooting, and post-event wrap-up. This freed Microsoft’s trainers from behind-the-scenes stress so they could show up and teach effectively.
  • Cloud-Hosted Event Recordings: 
    All sessions were automatically recorded and securely hosted for on-demand viewing—helping Microsoft extend the reach and longevity of their training program while capturing key viewer metrics.

    We served as the front line for attendee inquiries, fielding registration and tech support questions, and routing complex cases directly to the right Microsoft team members when needed.
