  • Quarterly Technical & Sales Boot Camps:  These cornerstone events, often attracting over 1,000 registrants, were delivered as polished, pre-recorded town halls. This allowed for consistent, high-quality delivery to a large audience.
  • CSP Marketing Moments Event: This event blended a pre-recorded town hall format with a live Q&A session, drawing around 1,000 attendees. This hybrid approach maximized reach while still offering real-time interaction.
  • Live Lab Sessions: For hands-on-learning, these sessions were a game-changer. Conducted as Teams meetings with a managed attendee view for up to 300 participants, presenters delivered live demos and provided direct support. We facilitated these four-hour deep dives by setting up instructor invitations, managing breakout rooms for attendees, and providing crucial technical backup.
  • Ad hoc Webinars: Standalone events like the Business Central Live webinar featured live presenters and real-time Q&A, scheduled only as needed.
  • Sizzle Videos & Snackables: Bite sized promotional videos highlighting the benefits and features of events.
