Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Lauren Meyer has been building EventBuilder from the inside out for more than 20 years.
She joined the company in 2005 as an Event Manager, moved through management and enterprise services leadership, and in 2016 partnered with COO Renée Conlee and CTO Robin Houser to purchase the company and assume the role of CEO. Lauren and her fellow partners knew the company well enough to buy it and build something worth staying for.
Under Lauren’s leadership, EventBuilder has remained singularly focused on providing reliable, compliance-ready virtual and hybrid event management services for enterprise organizations with high-stakes, complex event needs. She brings 20 years of direct event operations experience to that mission, so the strategic decisions at EventBuilder are both grounded in the day-to-day event management operations and opportunities for future growth.
She is also known for building a company culture rooted in respect, treating customers and colleagues with the same standard of care, a value that is seen clearly in retention numbers on both sides of the relationship.
For enterprise organizations evaluating virtual event partners, Lauren’s tenure and ownership stake means she is a trusted leader for both internal and external stakeholders.
