Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Robin Houser has spent more than 15 year turning complex technology into something event teams can actually use.
She joined EventBuilder in 2010 as an Event Producer, then moved into inceasingly technical roles across the company. In 2014, she became Customer Care/Success Manager, where she built the processes and protocols still used for technical support, product implementation, and knowledge base management, while leading a team of support personnel. In 2016, she partnered with CEO Lauren Meyer and COO Renee Conlee to purchase the company, taking on the role of managing partner and Chief Technology Officer.
As CTO, Robin leads EventBuilder's technology direction and guides prodcut development from concept through rollout, trasnlaating technical requirements into features event professionals rely on without needing to think about the engineering behind them. She's known acorss the company for steady energy and a straightforward approach to solving hard problems.
Robin builds EventBuilder's software around a principle she holds for customers and colleagues alike: compassion, paired with the technical rigor enterprise event programs require.
